A veteran of SCORE's demanding desert racing circuit, this Canadian off-road warrior has established himself as a formidable competitor in the Class 10 division. Racing out of Campbell River, British Columbia, he brings international experience to the punishing Baja Peninsula courses, regularly battling against some of North America's top desert racers.
His most notable achievement came during a challenging SCORE Baja 500, where he secured a hard-fought fourth-place finish in Class 10 as part of the three-man team aboard the No. 1072 Alumi Craft-Chevy. Teaming with Karl and Marc Ebdrup, the crew demonstrated exceptional endurance and skill, completing the grueling course in 14:42:58 against a field of 24 starters where only 14 teams managed to finish.
Competing in Class 10's limited, sealed-engine category represents the purest form of desert racing, where driver skill and strategy often triumph over horsepower. The restrictive nature of the class creates intensely competitive racing, with victories and podium finishes earned through precise navigation, mechanical reliability, and unwavering determination across hundreds of miles of Mexico's most challenging terrain.
At 47, his experience and tactical approach continue to make him a respected competitor in SCORE's international racing community.
