Cementing his status as a dominant force in SCORE desert racing, Espinoza claimed overall victory at the 2017 SCORE Baja 1000 in the Sportsman Quad class, conquering the legendary 1000-mile peninsula race aboard his Honda TRX450R. The Ensenada-based racer followed up this historic achievement with another overall championship at the 2018 SCORE Baja 500, mastering the challenging Baja California desert course to secure back-to-back overall victories.

During his 2018 Baja 500 triumph, Espinoza led a formidable team including Marcos Cousino, Hector Orozco, Jorge Recio, and Osman Arce, completing the grueling 500-mile course in 13:01:25 at an impressive average speed of 36.86 mph. His commanding performance left the competition trailing, with second-place finisher Danny Magdalena crossing the line nearly an hour behind.

Espinoza's ability to navigate the treacherous Baja terrain while maintaining blistering pace has established him as one of the premier quad racers in SCORE International competition.
