Trotter's notable 2018 Baja 500 campaign showcased his ability to tackle the sport's most demanding events, piloting his #225 Mason-Chevrolet through 542 miles of Baja's unforgiving terrain alongside co-drivers Jonathan Bickel, Joshua Davis, and Sandy Schwab.

His 10th-place finish in the highly competitive Trophy Truck Spec class at the 50th BFGoodrich Tires SCORE Baja 500 demonstrated exceptional endurance and tactical racing, completing the grueling course in 17 hours, 29 minutes, and 48 seconds.
